A concrete example of this implementation is the case of Ms. Nga in Tân Uyên commune, Lai Châu province. With support and technical transfer from local authorities, she has successfully applied digital transformation to her 4,000 m² organic vegetable and fruit production model. This has resulted in improved labor management, product traceability, and increased efficiency through e-commerce. Ms. Nga specifically transitioned from growing melons to chili peppers, finding the latter more profitable, and utilizing greenhouse cultivation to ensure higher product quality. Provincial-Level Digitalization and Administrative Reform

Lai Châu has integrated science, technology, and digital transformation into the tasks of each commune and ward, in line with the Party Congress resolution. Digital transformation is being actively promoted in the leadership and direction of the provincial and local authorities.
