Apple Watch Updates: SE, Series 11, and Ultra 3

Apple launched three new Apple Watch models:

• Apple Watch SE: Features an improved processor, an always-on display, and enhanced in-air gestures, such as flicking to dismiss notifications.
• Apple Watch Series 11: Boasts a promised 24-hour battery life (increased from 18 hours), 5G connectivity, tougher glass, and a new sleep score tool comparable to those offered by Garmin and Aura. It also includes a hypertension tool for monitoring blood pressure over a 30-day period.
• Apple Watch Ultra 3: Returns after a year absence with satellite connectivity, slimmer bezels, a brighter screen, and improved battery life (up to 42 hours in standard mode or 72 hours in low power mode).

iPhone 17: Display and Camera Upgrades

The iPhone 17 features a larger 6.3-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals. The main camera has been upgraded to 48 megapixels. The selfie camera has a larger, square sensor, eliminating the need to rotate the phone for wider selfies.

iPhone Air: Ultra-Thin Design

The iPhone Air is Apple's thinnest iPhone to date, measuring just 5.6mm. It is designed to be incredibly light. It features a single camera on the back. Apple claims all-day battery life, but this remains to be tested.

iPhone 17 Pro: Redesign and Camera Improvements

The iPhone 17 Pro has been completely redesigned with a uniform aluminum body for better heat dissipation. The camera bar is larger to accommodate a bigger battery. All three rear cameras are 48 megapixels. Apple claims these are their most impressive cameras to date.

Availability and Pricing

All new devices will be available on September 19th. Prices for most devices have remained the same.
