SEA Games 33: Official Launch and First Day of Competition

The SEA Games 33 has officially commenced following a vibrant opening ceremony held last night. Today marks the first official day of competition for the games, with an atmosphere of excitement, anticipation, and pressure building across various venues in Thailand.

Vietnamese Sports Delegation's Participation

The Vietnamese sports delegation is set to compete in 16 different sports today. While mornings typically feature preliminary rounds, for martial arts disciplines like Taekwondo (Tây Qucuondo) and Vovinam (Chu chí sủ), which are considered strengths for Vietnam, finals will be held this morning. There is a strong likelihood that the Vietnamese delegation will secure their first medals of the games today.

Broadcasting and Media Coverage

To ensure viewers can follow the SEA Games 33 events, VTVGO has established three continuous live streams that have been providing updates for several days. Starting today, VTV is operating a dedicated live stream on VTV GO from IBC Thailand. Additionally, VTV2 and VTV5 will also broadcast live from IBC.

To guarantee robust transmission signals, the Vietnam Television (VTV) reporting team has installed a synchronized recording equipment system with 16 channels. This system, combined with encoding and decoding equipment that doubles the capacity compared to previous years, enables live broadcasting of SEA Games 33 across multiple platforms.

Furthermore, a specially designed studio featuring a large LED screen has been set up to provide viewers with an impressive visual experience while watching SEA Games 33 on VTV. VTV reporters are also present at every competition venue, from Rajan Pagala Stadium to the Hua Mak Indoor Stadium, to deliver the latest and most up-to-date information on the SEA Games 33.

VTV's Readiness and Hopes

Vietnam Television is fully prepared to accompany viewers through every moment of the first official day of competition at SEA Games 33. The network expresses hope that the Vietnamese sports delegation will bring good news with their first medals today.
