Summary:
The speaker emphasizes the urgent need for immediate and decisive action to stop the ongoing conflict. The core message revolves around halting the fighting and resuming serious, continuous negotiations concerning the Iran nuclear program.
The United Nations is presented as being prepared to offer its full support to any and all initiatives aimed at achieving a peaceful resolution to the situation. However, a crucial point is made: peace cannot be forced upon any party; it must be a conscious choice made by the involved parties themselves.
A firm denial is issued regarding any agenda of regime change. The speaker explicitly states that the mission is not, and has not been, about regime change. The term "fake foreign" is used, although the context is unclear without further information.
